  • The honorable Minister has been performing his function very well. He ensured in cop 26 meetings that billion of people may get electricity in the coming year decade and improve their life.

  • We really unfortunate to loose our main petitioner Late Ananda Chakraborty on 3rd Jan’2022 and 1 petitioner Late Bishnu Chakraborty also died. After repeated appeal to EPFO , 44 Park Street , Kolkata for increasing Higher Pension as per SC order dt. 04.10.2016 SLP no 33032-33033 of 2015 , MOLE order dt. 16.03.2017 for implementing SC order to EPFO HQ and subsequently as per their Cir.dt 23.03.2017 almost 24672 cases of Higher Pension released as on 17.01.2020 as per RTI reply those who retired before 01.09.2014 under Un-Exempted Organisation. But EPFO , 44 Park Street Kolkata after several RTI & correspondence they assured since 2018 that our case is being searched but no result yet received. Then ultimately many of our pensioners went to Kolkata HC to get justice & filed a WP No 18151(W) of 2019 & WP No 18150 (W) of 2019. But due to Covid-19 judiciary system not proved to give justice timely. Resulting which 6 of pensioners loose their life out of our 68 pensioners who claim. Is it justice in India before higher govt official or judges ??? We are really unfortunate Sr Citizen to be in India.
