  • Excellent interview of eminent personality by Apurva.one of the reason of over exploitation of ground water is free electricity to farmers.They don’t care to shut down the motor when the field is adequately irrigated.Dr Kumar deserves to be acknowledged for his kind opinion on science, technology, education system, research, environment and Philosophy of education.please convey him my gratefulness.
