Feminism in India should not fall victim to Western discourse. Dignity, freedom of choice and equity must be ensured for all women drawing inspiration from Indian ethos.
We must reclaim our civilizational values in their original form and adapt and accept them in the context of modern Bharat. Only then will women’s empowerment truly yield some tangible benefits.
